Fusion Consulting Group, the London-based professional services group, today announced the acquisition of Lovett’s Accountants, completing its fifth purchase of the year.
Established by Mitch Young and Adam Maurice in 2015, the group provides a broad range of services and now boasts run-rate revenues of £7m with over 90 staff across six offices.
The acquisition of Hatfield-based Lovetts, which has served over 600 clients and employs more than 15 personnel, bolsters Fusion’s existing accountancy division.
In addition, HBB Audit Limited has been acquired, adding audit and assurance services to the firm’s offerings.
Commenting on the acquisition and the promotion of Chris Garbett to Head of Fusion Accountancy – Hatfield, Adam Maurice, Director of Fusion said: “I am delighted to announce our latest acquisition. Lovetts has a well established client base which will benefit from our 360o advisory services.”
Paul Skipper, Managing Director of Lovetts, also weighed in on the development: “I believe that this represents a really positive move for our clients and for our staff and is something that we have been working towards over the last few years.”
Fusion Consulting Group seeks to bridge the ‘advisory gap’, which often occurs when dealing with multiple advisors, by providing a joined-up, multi-disciplinary offering for private clients and SME businesses.
