RVA Surveyors have announced the promotion of Leah Williams and Henry Winterbottom to the position of Assistant Surveyor Mentors. The promotions come as part of a series of internal promotions at the company within the last twelve months.
Managing Director of RVA Surveyors, Anthony Hughes, commented: “Their hard work and commitment has been incredible, and these promotions are fully deserved. As we develop and expand as a company, we are glad to be able to promote from within to support the department.”
Williams and Winterbottom both completed a six-month surveyor training programme, and the company also provides an ongoing ten-month Junior Management programme. Henry Winterbottom said: “We will work to ensure that the high standards within the surveying team are maintained, whilst continuing to develop our own, and our fellow surveyors’ knowledge.”
As Assistant Surveyor Mentors, both Williams and Winterbottom will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing casework, managing targets and performance, as well as supporting the development of the team. Louis Worthington, Surveyor Mentor at RVA Surveyors, said: “Their growing expertise and organisation skills are invaluable to us as we expand the department, and business.”
