Hope Spring Water, a Herefordshire-based clean water charity, has announced the commencement of a clean water project in the Atobaje community of Lagos in August. This project, a joint initiative between Hope Spring and the local community association, aims to provide sustainable access to clean water and reduce the burden on women and girls who have to walk long distances to access safe water.
The project will not only help reduce waterborne illnesses prevalent in the area but also enhance productivity and reduce lateness to school. The funds for this project were raised by Hope Spring Water from their eCard charity platform which allows individuals to send greetings to their loved ones and support essential clean water projects.
To increase the project’s impact, Hope Spring Water recently launched the Gift of Water Charity eCard and a complimentary free eCard. These offerings allow donors to choose from an array of gift cards and personalize them with heartfelt messages.
Hope Spring Water strives to create sustainable solutions and empower communities in need by extending their reach. Their mission is to ensure reliable access to clean and safe water for all. For more information, please visit their website or any of their social media pages.
